dog is to the best of our knowledge free from communicable diseases and has been

1)
This dog is guaranteed against any communicable diseases for five days after
leaving Imagineer Kennels.
If this dog should die due to one of these diseases (Distemper, Parvo.,
Leptospirosis, or Parainfluenza) within five days and proof of such death has
been provided by a licensed veterinarian, a full refund shall be made or the
puppy shall be replaced by one of equal or greater value.
2)
This dog is guaranteed against hip dysplasia and any progressive or debilitating
hereditary eye defects (i.e. juvenile cataracts, progressive retinal atrophy).
If this dog displays any of these defects it will be replaced by one of
equal value when one becomes available, or the purchase price maybe applied
towards a dog of greater value. The affected dog must be spayed or neutered and
proof from a licensed veterinarian provided to seller within six months of owner
receiving the report before said refund or replacement shall be given.
Hip dysplasia must be confirmed by an OFA rating of borderline to
severely dysplastic (by 48 months of age).
Hereditary eye defects which do not pass a C.E.R.F. exam (before six
years of age) must be confirmed by a veterinary ophthalmologist.
It is important for the sellers to receive information on health
clearances in a timely manner in order to weigh future breeding decisions.
This guarantee does not cover conditions occurring due to illness,
accident or negligence.
3)
Below signed buyer agrees that they have fully considered that owning an
Australian Shepherd is a long-term commitment and hereby attest that they have
the time, resources and attention to devote to their dog.
Below signed buyer agrees to notify seller if at any time it should
become necessary to sell or place the dog in another home.
Imagineer will assist in the placement of said dog through referrals and
advertisement of the dog’s availability on its web site.
In the event of medical emergency, extreme financial hardship or a death
in the buyer’s immediate family, Imagineer will accept any dog it has sold
back into its care, however, a refund will not be issued. Should said dog be relinquished by original buyer, all health
records and registration papers must be transferred to seller immediately.
4)
If at any time it becomes necessary to euthanize this dog for other than
emergency medical conditions, buyer agrees to notify seller prior to
euthanization.
5)
This dog is registered with the Australian Shepherd Club of America and the
American Kennel Club and papers will be supplied to the buyer at the time of
sale or as soon as they are received from the registry.
Buyer agrees to pay for AKC and ASCA registration at time of sale and
complete the registration process. If
a registered name is not chosen by the buyer within one month of date of sale a
name will be selected by the breeder for them. This dog is being sold on a
spay/neuter basis only and is not to be used for breeding purposes.
Registration papers are marked accordingly. Buyer agrees to spay or neuter this animal by eighteen months
of age.
6)
The use of the name "Imagineer" is required in the dog's registered
name.
7) It
is the buyer's responsibility to provide proper health care, training, exercise,
socialization, confinement of and development of talents for this dog.
No other guarantees, implied or
otherwise, are included.
